2013年9月23～27日，第12届国际标准化组织木材技术委员会（ISO/TC218）年会在奥地利首都维也纳举行。本次会议由奥地利标准化研究所承办，来自中国、美国、俄罗斯、加拿大、日本、法国、奥地利、乌克兰、马来西亚、白俄罗斯、葡萄牙、摩洛哥、比利时、瑞典、波兰等15个国家的35名代表参会。中国代表团由国家标准化管理委员会农业食品标准部农业处田昭莹处长、国家林业局科技司程强副处长、中国林业科学研究院木材工业研究所吕建雄研究员、中国林产工业协会市场部吴盛富主任、久盛地板有限公司孙伟圣博士等5人组成。久盛地板有限公司是国内唯一一家派代表参加本次会议的木地板企业。
In 2013 September 23 ~ 27 days, wood technology committee of the twelfth session of the international organization for Standardization (ISO/TC218) annual meeting held in Austria, capital of Vienna. The meeting by the Austria Research Institute for standardization, China, the United States of America, from Russia, Canada, Japan, France, Austria, Ukraine, Malaysia, Belarus, Portugal, Morocco, Belgium, Sweden, Poland and other 15 countries of the 35 representative meeting. The Chinese delegation by the National Standardization Management Committee of Ministry of agriculture and agri food standard of director Tian Zhaoying, deputy director of the State Forestry Administration of China, science and technology Si Chengqiang Wood Industry Research Academy of forestry researcher Lv Jianxiong, marketing director Wu Shengfu, China Forest Products Industry Association Flooring Co., Dr. Sun Weisheng and other 5 members. Flooring Co. Ltd. is the only company to send a representative to attend this conference wood floor enterprise.
会上，国际标准化组织木材技术委员会术语、原木、锯材和加工材、试验方法和木制品等5个标准工作组分别召开年度会议，就《ISO  24294：2013原木和锯材术语》、《ISO/DIS 17959实木地板一般要求》等多项国际标准各阶段草案进行了交流和研讨，中国代表团参加了全部5个标准工作组的会议。其中，木制品工作组（WG6）召集人、中国林产工业协会市场部吴盛富主任主持召开了“木制品工作组”会议，吕建雄研究员代表中国向成员国汇报了中国负责的《实木地板一般要求》国际标准CD-2阶段投票结果以及收集的意见处理情况，同与会专家就各条意见的处理进行了讨论,工作组会议决定该标准将根据正在进行的DIS投票结果视情况进入FDIS或DIS阶段。此外，孙伟圣博士还代表中国代表团参加了原木工作组（WG2）的年度会议。
On the meeting, the international organization for Standardization Technical Committee on terminology, wood logs, sawn timber and processed materials, test methods and wood products 5 standards working group held annual meeting, on the "ISO 24294:2013 logs and sawn timber, the term" "ISO/DIS 17959 solid wood floor general requirements" and a number of international standards of each stage of the draft of the exchange and seminar, the Chinese delegation participated in all 5 standards working group meeting. Among them, wood working group (WG6) Convenor, China Forest Products Industry Association marketing department director Wu Shengfu chaired the "wood working group meeting," researcher Lv Jianxiong represented China to report to Member States to deal in China responsible for the "solid wood floor general requirements" international standard CD-2 stage results and collected, with the experts on the processing of each observations are discussed, the meeting of the working group decided that the standard will be voted by the ongoing DIS as the case entered the FDIS or DIS stages. In addition, Dr. Sun Weisheng also on behalf of the Chinese delegation to attend the wood working group (WG2) annual meeting.
久盛地板有限公司自2010年《实木地板一般要求》国际标准正式立项开始，就全程参与该标准的起草工作，并先后派代表分别参加了第9届、第12届国际标准化组织木材技术委员会年会。本次会议期间，国际标准化组织木材技术委员会主席Mykola Vedmid先生向我司颁发了荣誉证书，并对我司在《实木地板一般要求》国际标准起草过程中做出的努力和贡献表示感谢。
