近日由中国向国际标准化组织提交的两项消防泡沫灭火系统国际标准制定项目提案，经国际标准化组织相关技术委员会投票，获得全票通过，得以成功立项。新国际标准项目名称分别为：ISO7076-3《泡沫灭火系统第3部分：中倍数泡沫设备》；ISO7076-4《泡沫灭火系统第4部分：高倍数泡沫设备》。

据悉，这两项新标准项目是继我国成功主导起草ISO7076-1《泡沫灭火系统第1部分：泡沫比例混合装置》和ISO7076-2《泡沫灭火系统第2部分：低倍数泡沫设备》并获得发布之后，由我国以国际标准工作组组长国身份，继续主导起草的泡沫灭火系统国际标准制定项目。根据各相关国家的意愿并经ISO技术委员会同意，我国将会同美国、德国、俄罗斯、加拿大和澳大利亚等国负责起草这两项国际标准。项目计划用时36个月。

这两项新国际标准项目由公安部天津消防研究所准备提案，并派出专家担任项目组长。在公安部消防局、全国消防标准化技术委员会的大力支持下，天津所组成标准工作组，将结合对泡沫灭火系统多年的深入研究和试验，认真总结ISO7076第1部分和第2部分编制过程中所积累的经验，适时提出这两项新国际标准的草案。
The two project of the new international standard proposal prepared by Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of public security, and sent experts to serve as project leader. With support from the National Fire Protection Standardization Technical Committee, the Ministry of Public Security Fire Department of Tianjin, the standard working group, will combine the research and test of foam fire extinguishing system for many years, conscientiously sum up the accumulation of ISO7076 first part and the second part of the preparation process of experience, put forward the two new international standard draft.
