　　欧盟是我国LED照明产品出口的重点市场。LED体照明产品进入欧盟市场，应该主要考虑其强制性要求：低电压指令及其协调标准所规定的安全要求、电磁兼容指令及其协调标准规定的电磁兼容要求、RoHS&WEEE指令中的环保要求以及ErP指令中规定的能效要求。

　　此外，LED照明产品必须符合欧盟电磁兼容指令(2004/108/EC)的要求，与一般照明设备相同，欧盟对于LED照明产品的EMC要求分为电磁骚扰、抗扰度、谐波电流和电压波动四方面。在环保方面，欧盟与LED灯具有关的法规主要是2003年发布的《在电子电气设备中限制使用某些有害物质》(RoHS，2002/95/EC)和《报废电子电气设备指令》(WEEE，2002/96/EC)，分别规定了有害物质限量和废弃产品回收的要求。

　　欧盟对于LED照明产品的能效要求主要体现在《制定能源相关产品生态设计要求的框架指令》(简称ErP指令)中，目前对于LED照明产品而言，非定向LED通用照明产品的能效要求按照ErP指令实施条例(EU)No244/2009中的要求，其他性能要求参考实施条例(EU)No1194/2012中的要求。对于定向LED灯的能效要求和性能规定则应按照实施条例(EU)No1194/2012中的要求。此外，LED照明产品还应满足相应的能效标签要求。(EU)No874/2012法规是对新的能效标签框架指令2010/30/EU在灯及灯具上的落实，适用于白炽灯、荧光灯、高强度气体放电灯、LED灯和LED模块，还适用于操作该类灯并提供给终端消费者的灯具(也包括整合至其他产品中的灯具)提出了标签要求。法规明确了供应商、经销商就能效标签及产品信息应该承担的责任，法规将于2013年9月1日生效，现行的家用电光源能效标识指令98/11/EC也将于2013年9月1日起废止。
