根据我委2013年度工作安排，定于2013年7月召开全国认证机构工作会议。现就有关事项通知如下：

一、会议时间和地点。为使参会机构有更多的交流和讨论时间，今年的认证机构工作会议分两地召开，会议议题议程基本相同，会期均为两天。有工业产品认证业务的机构，于7月9-10日在哈尔滨参会;其他机构，于7月16-17日在贵阳参会(具体参会名单附后)。

二、会议的主要内容

(一)宣贯2013年全国认证认可工作会议精神，总结2012年以来认证机构管理方面的工作，研究部署下一步的工作，包括认证机构年度报告及社会责任报告情况，认证机构行政审批、认证市场监管相关工作，能源管理体系认证试点及后续工作安排等。
