日前，相城质监局配合国家认监委在辖区内开展管理体系认证执法检查，发现一家光电科技有限公司提供的质量管理体系认证(ISO9001)和环境管理体系认证(ISO14001)证书的发证单位为狄赛埃斯国际认证有限公司。

进一步调查显示，这家企业并没有直接与狄赛埃斯国际认证有限公司签订认证合同，而是通过吴中区一家企业找到狄赛埃斯，由其进行ISO9001或者ISO14001的认证。据称，相城这家企业支付给狄赛埃斯公司2万元后，便顺利拿到了认证证书。记者查寻后看到，这家公司所拥有的ISO9001证书上，发证日期时2013年4月18日，证书周期为3年，自2013年4月18日至2016年4月17日。

那么，狄赛埃斯究竟是家什么公司呢?质监部门向国家认证认可监督管理委员会查证后发现，狄赛埃斯国际认证有限公司是一家总部在境外的公司，并不在经国家认监委批准的认证机构名录之中。也就是，这是一家“野鸡”认证机构。
