近日，国家食品药品监督管理总局办公厅印发《关于切实强化夏季流通消费环节食品安全监管预防食物中毒的通知》（以下称《通知》），要求各地针对夏季天气高热潮湿，食品容易腐败变质，细菌性食物中毒的风险增大的特点，加强流通消费环节食品安全监管，有效预防细菌性食物中毒等食品安全事故的发生，保障人民群众食品安全和身体健康。
