2013年3月19日来自美国玩具行业协会（TIA）消息，从2013年6月10日开始，美国消费品安全委员会（CPSC）将要求玩具制造商从CPSC认证实验室获得第三方认证以证明其产品符合《ASTM F963-11玩具安全标准》（ASTM F963-11-Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety）。

Products on or after May 24, 2012, the detection for ASTM F963-11 testing and certification of third party laboratory and before June 10, 2013.
