3月28日从河南省质监局获悉，2013年度河南省省长质量奖申报工作已经开始，凡在我省登记注册，从事合法生产经营5年以上的制造业、服务业、工程建设、农业等行业中的优势骨干企业或非法人组织均可按条件进行申报，申报截止日期为5月31日。

省长质量奖是省政府设立的我省质量荣誉最高奖。今年的省长质量奖申报条件特别强调，如果是食品生产企业，要全面推行ISO22000（食品安全管理体系）、HACCP（危害分析与关键控制点体系）、PEM（卓越绩效管理模式）等先进质量安全管理模式。凡市属企业，应首先获得过市长质量奖。

省质监局同时发布消息说，首届中国质量奖评选表彰工作也已启动。符合条件的我省企业和个人可首先向省质监局提出申请，经初审后由省政府审查并向国家质检总局提名推荐。
