Certification in Brazil to promote the metal kitchenware products technology and certification requirements
巴西国家计量、标准及工业质量组织(INMETRO)目前致力于建立一系列家用和其他消费品的强制性认证要求,其中较为重要的新突破为INMETRO通过398/2012指令,对家用金属厨具(不包括电子炊具和一次性用品)建立新的技术标准。
Brazil national metrology, standardization and industrial quality organization ( INMETRO ) is committed to the establishment of a series of household and other consumer product compulsory certification requirements, one of the more important new breakthroughs for the INMETRO through the 398/2012 instruction, the household metal kitchen utensils (not including electronic cooker and disposable items ) to establish a new technical standard.
该技术标准强调了一系列的安全问题,包括要求直接与食品接触的金属部件所含的铅、砷、镉、汞、锑和铜杂质不得超过1%。
The technical standards highlighted a series of security issues, including the requirements for direct contact with foodstuffs metal containing lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, antimony and copper impurities must not exceed 1%.
此外,厨具中砷、汞和铅这三种危害最大的重金属物质不得超过0.01%的个体限量。
In addition, arsenic, mercury and lead in the kitchen of the three most harmful heavy metal material shall not exceed 0.01% of the individual limit.
标准涵盖的其他事项还包括厨具及其盖子、组件测试、盐水喷雾测试、压力调节器和压力释放阀、聚合物部件、压力、容量、涂层以及标识和说明书。
Standard covers other matters also includes kitchen and its lid, component test, salt spray test, pressure regulator and a pressure release valve, polymer component, pressure, volume, coating as well as the label and manual.
检验检疫部门提醒相关企业要及时组织技术人员研究398/2012指令,严格按照该指令要求设计、制造产品,要加强与外部权威实验室的合作,在金属厨具产品的设计、开发过程中加强原料、小样等成分检测,确保自身产品达到398/2012指令的有关要求,密切关注国外技术法规的最新变化要求,并主动联系检验检疫部门,了解各国对金属厨具的最新要求,确保产品出口不“碰壁”。
