中国主导的IEEE 1888标准进ISO/IEC转化立项
China standard of IEEE 1888 into ISO/IEC transformation project
在日前召开的国际标准化组织ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6 2012全年及工作组会议上，我国主导的IEEE 1888标准在ISO/IEC的转化立项被正式接受。这是我国主导的绿色ICT技术国际标准化的又一重大突破，对推动我国节能环保和新一代信息技术两大战略性新兴产业融合发展，促进信息化和工业化深度融合，加快中国绿色ICT产业的国际化具有重要意义。
In the recently held international standards organization ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6 2012 annual and working group meetings, China's leading IEEE 1888 standard in the ISO/IEC conversion project was formally accepted. This is China's leading green technology of ICT international standard, another major breakthrough, to promote energy-saving and environmental protection of China and a new generation of information technology for the two strategic emerging industry development, promote the integration of informatization and industrialization, accelerate the internationalization of industry of Chinese green ICT has important significance.
　　本次会议在奥地利格拉茨举行，中国、美国、加拿大、俄罗斯、韩国、日本等18个国家的代表团出席。会议期间，IEEE向ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6提交了将IEEE 1888转化为ISO/IEC标准的申请，并详细介绍了IEEE 1888标准的相关情况。在中国代表团的大力支持下，各与会国成员对该项申请和介绍均表示了极大的兴趣与认可，并正式接受IEEE 1888标准在ISO/IEC的转化立项。

During the meeting, IEEE ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6 presented IEEE 1888 into ISO/IEC standard application, and introduces in detail the IEEE 1888 standard related to the situation. The Chinese delegation to support energetically below, all the members of the application and introduction are expressed great interest and recognition, and formally accepted the IEEE 1888 standard in the ISO/IEC conversion project.
　　IEEE 1888泛在绿色社区网络协议是由中国电信、天地互连等中国企业主导的国际标准，于2011年4月正式发布。IEEE 1888是利用ICT技术服务节能减排的技术标准，是IEEE三大绿色标准之一，获得IEEE杰出标准贡献奖。目前，IEEE 1888已初步形成包括能耗监控终端、多协议泛在网关、节能分析处理平台、运营管理平台、可视化服务平台的绿色产业链，产业链成员包括中国电信、天地互连、青岛高信、格力、英特尔、思科、东芝、朗讯等国内外50多家单位，并在中国、日本、欧洲开展了示范部署。

At present, IEEE 1888 is preliminary already form including energy consumption monitoring terminal, multi-protocol pan at the gateway, energy-saving analysis processing platform, management platform, visualization service platform for the green industry chain, industry chain members include China Telecom, BII, Qingdao high letter, Gree, Intel, Cisco, Toshiba, Lucent, more than 50 domestic and foreign unit, and in China, Japan, Europe carried out demonstration deployment.
