为明确受理条件，统一评价尺度，确保实验室有效地进行自我识别和改进， CNAS秘书处根据CNAS-RL01 《实验室认可规则》第7.10条款的规定，特制定CNAS-EL-01:2012《对实验室认可申请受理若干要求的解释说明》，对CNAS-RL01《实验室认可规则》和CNAS-CL01《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》相关要求给予说明。
