1、消防、安全事故突发时,安全值班人员要在第一时间内,迅速拨打火警“119”及救护电话，通知公安、交警、消防和卫生救护部门，进行事故救援和救护伤员工作。并通知安全领导 工作小组及其职能工作小组成员，赶赴事故现场，进行事故现场抢救和救护工作，将火灾控制在初期燃烧阶段，减少事故的人员伤亡和财产损失。
