一、操作规程
One, practice for
1、开车前
In 1, before driving
（1）检查釜内、搅拌器、转动部分、附属设备、指示仪表、安全阀、管路及阀门是否符合安全要求。
( 1) check the kettle, blender, rotating part, ancillary equipment, instrumentation, safety valves, piping and valves whether to meet the safety requirements.
（2）检查水、电、气是否符合安全要求。
( 2 ) check the water, electricity, gas or meet safety requirements.
2、开车中
2, driving in a car
（1）加料前应先矛搅拌器，无杂音且正常时，将料加到釜内，加料数量不得超过工艺要求。
( 1) feeding before the spear agitator, no noise and normal, the material is added to the reactor, feeding amount shall not exceed the process requirements.
（2）打开蒸气阀前，先开回气阀，后开进气阀。打开蒸气阀应缓慢，使之对夹套预热，逐步升压，夹套内压力不准超过规定值。
( 2) open the steam valve to open the front, after the return valve, inlet valve. Open the steam valve to be slow, so that the jacket preheating, gradually increasing the voltage, the inside of the jacket pressure must not exceed the specified value.
（3）蒸气阀门和冷却阀门不能同时启动，蒸气管路过气时不准锤击和碰撞。

（4）开冷却水阀门时，先开回水阀，后开进水阀。冷却水压力不得低于0．1兆帕，也不准高于0．2兆帕。
( 4) open cooling water valve, open water valve, after opening the inlet valve. Cooling water pressure shall not be less than 0.1 MPa, is not higher than 0.2 mpa.
（5）水环式真空泵，要先开泵后给水，停泵时，先停泵后停水，并应排除泵内积水。

（6）随时检查设备运转情况，发现异常应停车检修。

（7）清洗钛环氧(搪瓷)设备时，不准用碱水刷釜，注意不要损坏搪瓷。
( 7) Cleaning Titanium epoxy ( enamel ) equipment, or the use of alkaline brush pot, taking care not to damage the enamel.
3、停车后
In 3, after parking
（1）停止搅拌，切断电源，关闭各种阀门。
( 1) stop stirring, cutting off the power supply, the closure of a variety of valves.
（2）铲锅时必须切断搅拌机电源，悬挂警示牌，并设人监护。
( 2) shovel pot must cut off the mixer power, suspension of warning signs, and guardianship.
（3）反应釜必须按压力容器要求进行定期技术检验，检验不合格，不得开车运行。
( 3) the reactor pressure vessel must be according to the requirements for periodic inspection technology, unqualified, shall not drive operation.
二、职业危害防护措施：
Two, occupation hazard protection measures:
1、工程机械防护：送排风装置必须完好，能正常使用，并配备必要的冲洗设备。
1, engineering machinery protection: air supply and exhaust device must be in good condition, normal use, and equipped with the necessary flushing equipment.
2、个人防护：在加料时必须戴好工作手套、防护眼镜和防毒面具等个人防护用品，按照要求使用并及时更换；

3、奖罚规定：对于违反职业卫生操作规程的职工，施工生产管理人员有权纠正，并视情节轻重开具违章通知单，并予以罚款，以示教育；

4、现场处理：一旦发生化学物质溅到皮肤或者眼睛等，应该立即用清水冲洗10－15分钟，再送至医院治疗。
