(1).组织应建立符合ISO14000标准要求的文件化环境管理体系，在申请认证之前应完成内部审核和管理评审，并保证环境管理体系的有效、充分运行三个月以上；

(7). 组织应向认证中心提供有关与相关方信息沟通和投诉的记录，以及采取纠正措施的记录。
