1  目的
1 Purpose
    为合理利用能资源、降低能资源消耗，提高经济效益，实施可持续发展，特制订本程序。
For the rational use of resources, reduce energy consumption, improve economic efficiency, sustainable development, specially formulated procedures.
2  适用范围

    适用于本公司内能源和资源的管理。

3  职责

3.1供应销售科负责资源的采购、贮存管理。

3.2技术质量科负责本公司能源的归口管理，负责电力输送管理和内部计量设备的安装维护。

4 程序

4.1本公司能源是指电力、蒸汽、煤等，节约能源是指通过技术进步、合理科学利用和产品结构调整等途径，以最少的能源消耗取得最大的经济效益。资源是公司生产所用水源、原辅材料、办公用纸等。
In 4.1 the company energy means power, steam, coal, energy saving by means of technological progress, scientific and reasonable utilization and product structural adjustment way, with minimal energy consumption to achieve maximum economic benefits. Resource is used in the production of water, raw and auxiliary materials, paper and other office.

  a、执行国家和地方的有关规定要求；

b、生产用电设备要减少和避免频繁起动次数，特别是大功率电机。减少和和避免用电设备的无功空载运行，根据不同设备性能，尽量在生产运行前5分钟内启动，生产停止运行后5分钟内关闭主电机；
