ISO14000 certification program file : emergency control procedure
一:目的:防止重要机器设备、工具办公设备故障、人力短缺而导延误
A: Objective: to prevent the important equipment, office equipment, manpower shortage and conduction delay fault
二:适用适围:全厂
Two: apply suitable Wai: plant
三权责:紧急应变小组(由行政人事部、机修、电工人员组成)负责供电供水不,主要设备维护及适切配置人员
Three responsibilities: Emergency Response Team ( composed of administrative personnel, mechanic, electrician staff ) is responsible for water supply, main equipment maintenance and appropriate allocation of staff
四内容
The four content
4.1紧急停电:
The 4.1 emergency power failure:
4.1.1 工厂自备发电机一套175KV、140KW以便紧急情况(供电停止或中断)是立即作出确认后发电以提供生产所必须的电源
4.1.1 factory for generator set 175KV, 140KW ( for emergency power supply to stop or interrupt ) is made immediately after confirmation of power in order to provide the necessary power production
4.1.2各部门出现紧急停电时,各部门负责人员即时关闭其他部门总电源并迅速通知紧急应变小组,产匚业务沟通联络作相应之应动处理。
4.1.2 departmental emergency power outage, the departments responsible for the personnel of other departments instant off general supply and promptly notify the emergency group, produce no business communication for the corresponding dynamic processing.
4.1.3 紧急应变小组接通知后立即赶往现场查明停电原因,确认原因后,并作如下处理:

4.1.3.1因线路开关及相关设备之停电由保修人员及时检修更换相关部件排除故障

4.2紧急停水
The 4.2 emergency water supply
4.2.1厂区内备蓄水池5个,总供水量约40立方米
4.2.1 plant producing reservoir 5, the total water volume of about 40 cubic meters
4.2.2 全厂工业用水主要为循环用水(试模用冷却水),紧急停水一般为循环系统故障
4.2.2 plant industrial water for circulating water ( test mode in water cooling ), emergency water for circulatory failure
4.2.3紧急停水情况下,用水部门及时通知紧急应变小组、水组在员接通知后迅速到位查明停水原因,并确认用及时处理

4.2.4 内部循环水故障同保修人员迅速进行检修处理或更换相关元配件以使故障迅速排除

4.3紧急停气
4.3 emergency stop gas
4.3.1 全厂共有二台空压机,总功率15P,排气量为1立方米/min.正常压力8KG/cm2;正常运作时只启用一台空压机,另一台作备用。
4.3.1 plant a total of two air compressors, power 15P, exhaust volume is 1 cubic meters / min. 8KG / cm2 normal pressure; normal operation to enable only one air compressor, one for standby.
4.3.2制造部门紧急停气首先迅速报告紧急应变小组,小组人员迅速到达停气部门,检查其原因并根据需要可立即启用备用机台以使生产恢复正常运作
4.3.2 manufacturing sector emergency stop gas first rapid reporting of emergency response teams, the team quickly to stop gas department, examine the reasons and according to the need of immediate backup machine to make production resumed normal operation
4.3.3紧急奕变小组成员及时维修处理或更换配件,必要时紧急通知三级保养单位或维修厂商

4.4菌货电梯
4.4 strains of goods elevator
4.4.1货电梯因故障不能使用时,由保修人员通知厂商(东航电梯公司),联络人:刘R,电话:######,可24小时内到达及时排除故障,保障系统运作
