这个问题似乎与顾客远些，其实也不算远，因为做控制计划的目的是为了更好的控制你的产品，产品又给了你的顾客，又与顾客联系上了，不算远吧！太多的控制计划是因为产品种类太多，可以从顾客那里了解到是否不同的产品要求完全不同，如果差别不大，多个品种的产品的控制计划做成一份就可以了，最多在明显控制不同的地方做适当说明就可以了，当然真的要求完全不同，那就命苦了，没有更好的办法！

供应商为什么要通过ISO9001认证？当然是TS16949标准的要求，为什么要这样要求呢？因为你和你的顾客都清楚，产品质量是受人，机，料，法，环，测量等多方面因素影响的，其中的料便是你的供应商供给你的，所以当然要对供应商进行控制，也就是要求供应商通过ISO9001认证的真正目的是控制料的质量，所以只要能保证料的质量就达到目的了，这时候如果你的供应商没有通过ISO9001认证，向你顾客了解顾客对料的要求，再到你的供应商那里了解是否满足了顾客的要求，如果能满足要求，与你的顾客说明情况，只要顾客点头同意，其他人（包括审核员）还有什么话说么？不过，此时要小心些，需要点头同意的顾客可能不只一家，凡是受此料影响的顾客，均需同意才行。
