莱茵技术-商检(青岛)有限公司委派高级审核员周长军、陈文辉、俞俊青一行3人的专家小组对兴源集团兴源轮胎公司进行了ISO/TS16949：2009质量管理体系认证审核，并顺利通过。集团总经理兼管理者代表宋文博，供应部宋士光，销售部王长国，售后服务部郭瑞锋，实验中心、财务、物资、人力资源、体系办等有关部门负责人;兴源轮胎公司总工程师兼技术部长张鹏、副部长谢慧生，生产部长李骏，密炼中心厂长王金良、副厂长西俊增、设备部长英玉生，品保部副部长王伟，装备动力部部长姜庆春;各车间主任，内审员均参加了首末次会议，并参与了整个审核工作。

在为期四天的审核过程中，审核组采用座谈、现场参观和资料审查等方式，依据ISO/TS16949：2009标准、手册、程序文件、控制计划、作业指导书、顾客要求等审核准则，审核了载重汽车子午轮胎的设计开发、制造涉及的全过程，检查了公司质量管理体系过程识别情况、顾客要求的落实情况、法律法规有关要求的执行情况等，并通过与宋总沟通、质量管理体系文件和记录查阅、生产现场检查，了解了公司最近12个月的主要绩效指标趋势、总体经营绩效以及持续改进的情况。审核过程中，公司各部门积极配合，认真接受专家组的审核，悉心接受专家的指导和帮助，加深了对ISO/TS16949质量管理体系的熟悉和理解。

在最后召开的末次会议上，审核组对公司质量管理体系运行情况予以肯定，并提出了很多宝贵的改进建议。会议最后，总经理宋文博做总结发言，他首先对三位专家表示感谢，指出为期四天的TS16949质量管理体系现场审核，覆盖了公司所有的质量相关部门，涉及到标准的所有条款，指出了存在的问题、提出了好的建议，为我司指明了改进的方向。他坚信，通过此次审核，我司的质量管理水平将会更上一层楼。
