检查表由内审员根据本人分工范围内有关要素及检查的内容进行准备，如看什么文件，查哪台设备的状态等。检查清单由内审员自己编制。

在内审时，如果缺少这一环节，内审员到达被审核部门后，可能会因对审核的内容心中无数，而导致问题的遗漏。
In the internal audit, if the lack of this link, the auditor reached the audited departments, may be due to the audit content without clear aims, which led to the problem of missing.
因此，检查表的设计要根据审核准则的要求，列出受审核部门所需审核的内容和方式，详略得当，以提高可操作性为基本原则。
Therefore, the design table examination according to the audit criteria requirements, list the content and the way of the audited departments required audit, appropriate levels of detail, in order to improve the operable principle.
编制检查表采用以下几种方法：
Prepare check list using the following methods:
1.应对照准则或文件按审核部门或要素编写；

2.应选择典型的关键的质量问题；

3.应突出审核区域的主要职能，如选出有代表性的样本，兼顾其它一些职能;

4.要选好准备审核的项目及寻找的客观证据;
