国家轴承质量监督检验中心顺利通过“三合一”复评审

根据国家认证认可监督管理委员会的委托，中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）经对申报资料的审查，以认可委秘（实）[2011]2831号 “关于对洛阳轴承研究所检验实验室进行实验室复评审的通知”，认可委秘（实）[2011]2831-1号 “关于对机械工业轴承产品质量监督检测中心进行国家计量认证复评审的通知”，认可委秘（实）[2011]2831-2号 “关于对国家轴承质量监督检验中心进行审查认可/计量认证（复评审）的评审通知”，并按照有关规定于2011年11月22~24日对我中心进行现场评审。

主任评审员许睿沁、刘玉兴、傅明、王晓颖及观察员陈静，听取了我中心自2008年复评审以来，特别是2010年监督评审以来实验室质量体系运行情况的介绍及实验室人员、环境条件及设施发生变化的情况，对中心进行了全面考察。对实验室质量管理体系文件评审和运行符合性、实验室能力确认情况、实验室对上次评审发现的不符合项的纠正情况、抽取检验报告和校准证书对实验室使用认可标识的情况方面进行了检查。审查组认为：本次复评审期间，实验室管理体系能正常运行，技术能力能持续保持，未发生质量事故，对发生的投诉均进行了处理。在本次评审中未发现实验室有违反认可规则的事项，无重大失误。

11月25日，中心召开全体员工大会，通报复评审情况。并组织各职能室主任、主管工程师等相关人员针对评审组提出的六个不符合项进行认真分析，按整改要求对有关问题举一反三，制定整改计划，落实责任部门及责任人。各责任部门及责任人非常重视，在最短的时间内已将所有整改工作完成，整改资料及整改报告已于12月5日提交评审组主任评审员。
