黑河出入境检验检疫局综合技术中心综合实验室于1998年正式通过了CCIBLAC(中国国家进出口商品检验实验室认可委员会)的认可,成为CCIBLAC认可实验室。
Heihe entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau Comprehensive Technology Center Laboratory in 1998 formally adopted the CCIBLAC ( China National Import and Export Commodity Inspection Laboratory Accreditation Committee accredited ), become CCIBLAC accredited laboratory.
2003年通过了CNAL(中国实验室国家认可委员会)的认可,成为黑龙江省为数不多的计量认证和认可二合一实验室。
In 2003 through the CNAL ( China National Accreditation Board for laboratories ) approbate, become Heilongjiang to save the few metrology certification and accreditation for laboratories.
通过几年来运用ISO/IEC17025和CNAL/AC01以及ISO/IEC指南49,保证了实验室质量体系的正常运行,同时也充分体会到了这三个标准文件的重要性。

2.1建立质量体系,制定质量文件我们实验室根据其质量体系要素,结合本实验室的特点制定了质量手册、质量体系程序文件、质量记录文件、作业指导书及附件,并根据实验室的实际情况随时进行修订。规定了所有对校准和检测质量有影响的管理、执行或验证人员的责任、权限和相互间的关系。如实验室主任、副主任、质量负责人、技术负责人和实验室各有关管理人员职责以及高级工程师、工程师、助理工程师、技术员等人员的职责。
