Objectives of cleaner production
根据经济可持续发展对资源和环境的要求，清洁生产谋求达到两个目标：
According to the requirements of sustainable economic development on resources and environment, cleaner production seeks to achieve two goals:
(1)通过资源的综合利用，短缺资源的代用，二次能源的利用，以及节能、降耗、节水，合理利用自然资源，减缓资源的耗竭。
(1) Through the comprehensive utilization of resources, the substitution of short resources, the utilization of secondary energy, as well as energy conservation, consumption reduction and water conservation, the rational utilization of natural resources and the alleviation of resource depletion.
(2)减少废物和污染物的排放，促进工业产品的生产、消耗过程与环境相融，降低工业活动对人类和环境的风险。
(2) Reduce the discharge of wastes and pollutants, promote the integration of production and consumption of industrial products with the environment, and reduce the risks of industrial activities to human beings and the environment.
