三体系有很多种组合，不过思路基本一致，以QES三体系为例：

1、体系文件整合是整合的基础。手册、人力资源管理程、管理评审管理程序、内部审核管理程序、记录管理控制程序、文件控制管理程序、法律法规获取程序、信息交流管理程序、应急预案与响应管理程序、事故事件/不符合纠正和预防措施管理程序。上述文件可以整合；
