2005年4月初到5月份,我们分层次对ISO 14001和GB/T 28001标准进行了全员培训,在此基础上又组织全中心职工对公司的“三标一体化”《管理手册》和31个《程序文件》进行了学习讨论,先后多次利用培训例会的形式协同人力资源部并组织各二级单位的培训科(培训主管科)同志进行学习讨论,通过学习,基本上能够透彻的理解与掌握“标准”中的各项规定,从而,在实际工作中能够有效的贯彻和执行程序文件,使整个企业更好的接受先进的管理理念,适应国际上先进的管理模式,完成管理体系的试运行工作。
