2001年我院首次取得质量管理体系认证，经过多年的持续运行与改进，形成了一套具有本院特色的、有效运行的质量体系，在我院质量管理中发挥了重要作用，给企业的经营管理带来显著成效。但随着时代的进步与经济社会的发展，企业被要求更加注重以人为本和承担社会责任，企业服务的质量、环境、职业健康安全问题逐渐成为社会普遍关注的焦点。同时，随着我国加入WTO和国际市场一体化过程的加快，我国的各项管理标准也逐步与国际标准接轨，无论从市场竞争的角度，还是不断提高企业管理水平的需要，实施质量、环境与职业健康安全一体化管理体系已成为企业发展的必然趋势。

为深入贯彻落实科学发展观，全面提升企业现代化管理水平，构建和谐企业，我院于2009年启动了“三标一体”的整合型管理体系认证工作，并于2010年9月通过了认证审核。
