ISO大会,中国代表团出席第44届国际标准化组织（ISO）大会

ISO Conference, the Chinese delegation attended the 44th International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Conference

2022年9月19日至23日，第44届国际标准化组织（ISO）大会在阿拉伯联合酋长国阿布扎比召开，来自167个ISO成员、国际和区域组织的近千名代表现场参加，4000余名代表线上参加了此次大会系列主题研讨会。中国代表团赴阿布扎比参加了ISO全体大会、技术管理局会议和发展中国家事务委员会等系列会议。

From September 19 to 23, the 44th International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Conference was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Nearly 1000 representatives from 167 ISO members and international and regional organizations attended the conference on site, and more than 4000 representatives participated in a series of thematic seminars online. The Chinese delegation went to Abu Dhabi to participate in a series of meetings, including the ISO General Assembly, the meetings of the Technical Authority and the developing countries' affairs committee.

ISO是世界上规模最大、影响力最强的综合性国际标准组织，全体大会是ISO的最高权力机构。本次大会听取了2022年度ISO各项工作报告，评选了2022年度劳伦斯·艾彻领导奖，确定了2023年审计机构，审批了2023年ISO成员国会费，投票选举产生了下一届ISO主席、财务副主席、理事会成员和技术管理局成员等。

ISO is the largest and most influential comprehensive international standards organization in the world. The General Assembly is the highest authority of ISO. The meeting listened to various ISO work reports in 2022, selected the Lawrence Archer Leadership Award in 2022, determined the audit institution in 2023, approved the membership dues of ISO members in 2023, and voted to elect the next ISO president, vice president of finance, members of the board of directors, members of the Technical Management Bureau, etc.

会议期间，代表团与ISO主席、副主席、秘书长、副秘书长以及ISO治理部、人力资源部、区域协调部、项目管理部等部门负责人进行了十余场会谈，就ISO组织治理、能力建设、成员参与以及机器可读标准（SMART）项目和2023年亚太区域参与工作计划等议题进行了深入交流。国家标准化管理委员会与玻利维亚、意大利、以色列、摩洛哥、挪威、罗马尼亚、阿塞拜疆、欧洲标准组织等8个国家标准化机构或区域标准组织签署标准化合作协议；代表团与英国、法国、沙特、新加坡、俄罗斯、伊朗、乌兹别克斯坦、埃及等二十余个国家标准化机构进行了双边会谈，就加强国际标准组织治理、标准互认、标准化教育和能力提升合作，以及气候变化、新能源、电动汽车、民用航空等专业领域合作等进行深入探讨，达成广泛共识。

During the meeting, the delegation held more than ten talks with the President, Vice President, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General of ISO, as well as the heads of ISO Governance Department, Human Resources Department, Regional Coordination Department, Project Management Department and other departments, and had in-depth exchanges on issues such as ISO organizational governance, capacity building, member participation, the Machine Readable Standards (SMART) project and the 2023 Asia Pacific Regional Participation Work Plan. The National Standardization Administration Committee signed standardization cooperation agreements with eight national standardization institutions or regional standards organizations, including Bolivia, Italy, Israel, Morocco, Norway, Romania, Azerbaijan, and the European Standards Organization; The delegation held bilateral talks with more than 20 national standardization institutions, including the United Kingdom, France, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Russia, Iran, Uzbekistan and Egypt, and reached broad consensus on strengthening cooperation in governance, mutual recognition of standards, standardization education and capacity enhancement of international standards organizations, as well as cooperation in such professional fields as climate change, new energy, electric vehicles, civil aviation, etc.
