第四届“中国杰出质量人（全国质量奖个人奖）”推选活动于2010年正式启动，通过各级工会、质协认真组织，各企事业单位踊跃参选，推选过程历时5个月。经自主推荐、网络投票、专家评审等环节，目前推选活动已经结束，并产生了最终推选结果。现公示如下：
