为了推动我国企业加强质量文化建设工作，在工信部和国家质检总局等有关部门的支持下，中国质量协会和中国质量检验协会定于2011年11月16日—18日，在广西壮族自治区柳州市举办“第三届全国质量文化建设成果发布及经验交流会”，会议主题为：质量文化——为企业有效实施质量方法创造环境。
