1）        什幺叫检验？

标准的定义是：通过提供客观证据对规定要求已得到满足的认定。其实这个验证标准的定义并太准确，为什幺呢？因为验证并不一定是满足要求的，而且认定应该改为判定，为什幺要把认定改为判定呢？什幺叫认定，认定即承认并确定。什幺叫判定，判定是需要客观证据的，所以我们才常说，你凭什幺这样判定，也就是说你判定的证据是什幺。这就是我们为什幺叫判案不叫认案的道理。所以验证这样定义更确切：通过提供客观证据对规定要求是否已得到满足的判定。
