——使用不安全设备；

——物体存放不当；

——冒险进入危险场所；
-- venturing into dangerous places;
——攀坐不安全位置；
-- climbing sit unsafe place;
——在吊物下作业（停留）；

——机器运转说加油（修理、检查、调整、清扫等）；

注：不安全行为主要是针对操作者而言，非针对管理人员；而由管理人员的决定和行动引起的不安全因素属于不安全状态。
Note: the unsafe behavior is mainly directed against the operator, not the management personnel; and by management decisions and actions caused by unsafe factors belonging to the unsafe state.
不安全行为在时间方面与事故的发生有密切的关系。当某种不安全因素在事故发生前存在了一段时间，这段时间本来完全可以认识并改变它，在这种情况下，产生这种不安全因素的行动不能定为不安全行为。
Unsafe behavior in terms of the time and accidents are closely related. When some unsafe factors in the accident before a period of time, this time it can recognize and change it, in this case, the safety factor of action cannot be set for the unsafe behavior.
