实验室应建立记录汇总表，既便于管理，又便于内审和外部评审。
The laboratory should establish a record summary form, which is convenient for management and convenient for internal audit and external evaluation.
重点提醒实验室应保存的记录：临床医师开具的检验申请单、仪器打印出的结果、实验室工作记录簿／记录单（即对实验室日常工作的描述）。
Emphasis should be placed on the records that laboratories should keep: test application forms issued by clinicians, results printed by instruments, and laboratory work record books/records (i.e. descriptions of laboratory daily work).
