环境政策 ：
Environmental policy:
第一、环境政策内容未能充分反应组织的作业活动及环境冲击。
First, the contents of the environmental policy failed to adequately respond to the activities of the organization's operations and environmental impact.
第二、部份员工不了解组织之环境政策（即对内宣导工作不落实）。
Second, some employees do not understand the environmental policy organization (i.e. the advocacy work is not implemented).
第三、环境政策无对外沟通管道。
Third, environmental policy, no external communication pipeline.
环境考量面：
Environmental considerations:
第一、部份部门（如采购部门）并未进行环境考量面之查验工作，或环境考量面之查验不够完整。
First, part of the Department (such as the procurement department) did not carry out environmental considerations of the face of the inspection work, or environmental considerations are not complete.
第二、未辨识间接冲击（如供货商、承包商）。
Second, indirect shocks (such as suppliers, contractors).
第三、重大环境考量面评估准则定义不够明确（或判定准则未予以文件化），难以藉此评估冲击辨识结果之合理性。
Third, the definition of evaluation criteria of major environmental considerations is not clear enough (or not to be documented), it is difficult to assess the rationality of the impact identification results.
第四、对列入重大环境考量面之项目未做进一步之处理或改善。

法令规章及其它要求事项：

第一、组织未能有效辨识并取得与其环境考量面有关之法令规章。

第二、组未建立取得相关法规之管道与程序，以致未能取得最新法规。
Second, the group did not establish the relevant regulations of the pipeline and procedures, so that the failure to obtain the latest regulations.
目标与标的：
Target and target:
第一、部份目标与标的无法追溯其与先期审查结果（重大环境考量面、不符合法规部份）之关联性。
First, part of the target and the subject can not be traced back with the results of the preliminary review (major environmental considerations, do not meet the regulatory part) of the association.
第二、部份目标与标的未设定绩效指针，难以客观评估其执行绩效。
Second, part of the target and the subject has not set the performance pointer, it is difficult to objectively assess the performance of its implementation.
第三、部份标的无法被量测或追踪。
Third, part of the subject can not be measured or tracking.
第四、部份目标与标的与环境政策之间未能有适当之对应。

环境管理方案：

第一、部份组织设定之环境管理方案内容无法达到目标与标的之要求。

第二、环境管理方案未说明改善的方法及时间表。
Second, the environmental management program does not explain the improvement of the method and schedule.
第三、相关改善方案之权责与分工不清。
