1.法人资格；

1. Legal personality;

2.与申请从事的武器装备科研生产许可专业（产品）相适应的技术力量、设备、设施条件和经济实力；

2. The technical force, equipment, facilities and economic strength corresponding to the major (product) applied for the license of scientific research and production of weapons and equipment;

3.相应等级的武器装备科研生产保密资格认证；

3. Corresponding level of confidentiality qualification certification for scientific research and production of weapons and equipment;

4.健全的组织机构和完善的管理制度；

4. Sound organization and perfect management system;

5.完善的质量管理体系；

5. Perfect quality management system;

6.健全的安全生产管理体系和相应的安全生产条件；

6. Sound safety production management system and corresponding safety production conditions;

7.申请从事武器装备总体和系统科研生产的，还应当具有相应的工程组织、协调能力。
