企业如何准备认证GAP认证
How to prepare GAP authentication
1．熟悉标准，认真阅读GB/T20014《良好农业规范》标准，了解标准中的要求；

2．企业管理者、生产负责人和内部审核员应参加过培训，以便更多了解GAP的要求和相关知识；

3．生产操作过程符合相关GAP控制点的操作标准，遵循本国和出口目标国的法律法规。并保存GAP操作过程中完整的农事活动书面记录。

4．在接受正式的独立检查之前，企业应该使用GAP检查表进行一次自我检查，验证是否符合了GAP的所有控制点，并对不符合的地方进行记录和改进。

（1）文件准备

企业在接受认证机构的检查之前，应当准备齐全GB/T20014《良好农业规范》要求的所有文件，若是第一次接受检查，须保存三个月以上的完整农事活动书面记录，包括产品的可追溯性文件。这些文件和记录以证明申请方确实进行了GAP操作。

These documents and records to prove that the applicant is the GAP operation.
具体文件要求如下：

Ø         质量手册（以农业生产经营者申请时不需要）
Quality manual ( white to agricultural production operator applications when not required)
Ø         程序文件
White program file
Ø         农事活动记录
Students of farming activities record
Ø         风险分析记录
Students risk analysis record
Ø         检测结果（农药残留检测报告，当有清洗用水时须提交水质检测报告）
Students test results ( pesticide residue testing report, when cleaning water water quality test report must be submitted )
（2）地点和设施的准备
( 2) place and facilities for
作物生产地块、设施、场所；进行GAP生产和加工的标志（牌子）；生产环境的卫生情况；工人的福利状况；对生产过程中可能出现的紧急事故的处理能力；对GAP控制点的遵从情况；是否能够有效地防止农业操作过程中的交叉污染；GAP产品和其他产品的隔离措施以及地块的准备等等。

（3）人员的准备
( 3) the preparation of personnel
主要是管理人员、内部检查员和生产加工人员对GAP标准理解，以及根据标准活动的实施情况。

6．内部检查员应该对认证的地块上GAP操作体系的执行情况每年进行至少一次内部检查（自我检查）。重点是操作中的不符合项、整改措施的落实情况。

7．检查安排

作物类检查：初次检查要求申请人提供获得注册号之后，收获日期之前的3个月的记录。

宜在收获期间安排初次检查，以便对与收获相关的控制点（如最大农残限量、收获期间的卫生除害等）进行查证。
