7月14号，我市3万亩银杏叶GAP基地喜获国家中药材GAP认证。据了解，这是我省第一家通过国家中药材GAP认证的基地，同时也是国内第一家通过中药材GAP认证的银杏叶基地。

    我市现有银杏采叶园10万亩，其中银杏叶GAP示范园3万亩，分布在港上、铁富两镇，计33个村，178个组，涉及种植农户18600多户。中药材GAP是《中药材生产管理规范》的简称，自2002年6月1号由国家食品药品监督管理局颁布实施以来，成为国内中药材行业最权威的认证，并得到国际的认可。目前，国内共有41家中药材生产基地通过了中药材GAP认证，银杏叶基地通过此认证，我市是国内第一家。通过了此认证，等于获得了通向国际市场的通行证，对于促进我市银杏行业的规范化生产和标准化管理，提升我市银杏产业的质量和档次，提高银杏产品的市场占有率，增加银杏种植户的收入，具有重要的意义。国家中药材GAP认证检查评定标准共104项，涉及植物药的有78项，其中有15项是关键项目，具有一票否决权，有63项是一般项目，但不合格项目不能超过12项，否则不能通过认证。

The national Chinese traditional medicine GAP certification standard in all 104, to plant drugs in 78, of which 15 are key projects, has veto power, 63 are general project, but unqualified project can not exceed 12, otherwise it cannot be authenticated.
    7月12号到14号，国家食品药品监督管理局委派的专家认证组，深入港上、铁富两镇的银杏叶GAP示范园、银杏种苗圃、银杏叶加工厂、仓库、检测中心进行实地检查，并对照78个项目检查了相关的软件资料，同时听取了我市在银杏叶GAP基地实施中药材GAP情况的汇报。经过专家组认真细致的检查讨论，一致认为我市银杏叶GAP基地符合中药材GAP认证检查评定标准。
