加强能力建设，筑牢认证基础。成立了国家林业局森林认证研究中心，组织开展了近30项基础研究和相关政策研究，每年开展相关培训超过2000人次。

Strengthen capacity building, build a strong basis for authentication. A forest certification research center of the State Forestry Administration has been established. Nearly 30 basic research and related policy studies have been organized. More than 2000 training programs have been conducted annually.

目前已有7家认证机构的森林认证业务获得国家认可委的认可，有森林认证专业审核人员约500人。

At present, 7 certification bodies have been accredited by the National Accreditation Commission, with some 500 forest certification professionals.

这些基础性工作为全面促进森林认证制度建设与实施，践行绿色、可持续发展理念提供了保障。
