AS9100认证 AS9100D之一AS9145(航空航天产品项目管理)
AS9145是为了先期产品质量计划(APQP)和生产部件批准过程(PPAP)在航空、航天和国防产品上的应用而创建的。产品质量策划是一种结构化的方法,用来确定和制定确保产品使顾客满意所需的步骤,从项目策划到量产后的维修和服务过程。
 
第一阶段-策划 Planning
